Delivery

 

Delivery is carried out worldwide by Ukrposhta, Nova Poshta, Meest.

In Ukraine, we ship by Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta.

 

Sending is carried out to the post office or by targeted delivery by courier directly to your home.

Delivery takes place within 2-4 business days. On holidays, there may be a delay of up to 6 business days.

 

After sending your order, the manager will send the invoice number to track the delivery status in Viber\Telegram, SMS or email.

The goods will arrive to you within 1-3 days from the date of dispatch.

All parcels are securely packed in a corporate style.

The cost of delivery is according to postal tariffs.

When ordering from 3000 UAH, delivery within Ukraine is free.

Payment

We offer 2 methods of payment:

1. Cash on delivery. Payment can be made by cash on delivery at the post office after checking the goods.

To the cost of delivery is added postal commission for cash on delivery - 20 UAH + 2% of the order amount.

2. Bank transfer / online payment.

You can pay for the order online immediately at checkout - through Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard.

In this case, you do not pay a commission to the post office - only the cost of delivery according to the tariff. Convenient, fast and without unnecessary overpayments.

We guarantee the security of payments.

Exchange/refund

Please choose your size carefully, according to our size chart (in each product card).

If you have difficulties with sizing, please contact us, we will be happy to help.

You have the right to return or exchange goods from any category of our store within 14 days of purchase, provided that the product meets the following criteria:

 

  • In its original packaging with label/title attached.

  • Unworn, unworn, unwashed.

  • Free of odor from perfumes, tobacco, or other odors.

  • No pet hair.

Please make sure your item meets these conditions before initiating the return or exchange process.

Return Procedure:

Contact our customer service department to arrange a return or exchange of the product through one of the suggested communication channels. After agreeing the return terms with your manager, you will be able to send the item back to us.

Refunds:

After receiving and checking the goods, we will refund the money to your bank card within 2 working days.

Payment for shipping in case of non-warranty return is made by the customer.

In case of non-compliance with the conditions of return, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
