PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT
This agreement is a public offer in accordance with Articles 633, 641, and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and regulates the relationship between the Seller and any individual or legal entity that has accepted this offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) regarding the sale and purchase of goods through the online store split-be-free.com.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. Placing an order by the Buyer through the website split-be-free.com constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this offer.
1.2. The offer is valid without signing a written copy.
1.3. The Seller has the right to change the terms of the offer at any time without prior notice. The current version is always available on the website.
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the order placed, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for them and accept them under the terms of this agreement.
3. ORDER PROCESS
3.1. Orders are placed on the website split-be-free.com by adding goods to the cart and filling in contact information.
3.2. The Seller has the right to clarify the details of the order by phone or email.
4. PRICE AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE
4.1. Prices are listed in hryvnia and include all taxes and fees.
4.2. Payment is made in one of the following ways, at the Buyer's discretion:
cash on delivery at the post office (cash on delivery);
full prepayment through payment systems available on the website, including Google Pay or Apple Pay.
In the case of an individual or special order, the Seller has the right to request a partial prepayment. The amount and form of such prepayment shall be agreed with the Buyer individually before the order is fulfilled.
4.3. The Seller reserves the right to change prices without notice, but not for orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
5. DELIVERY
5.1. Delivery is carried out in Ukraine through transport companies (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, etc.).
5.2. The cost of delivery is paid by the Buyer in accordance with the carrier's tariffs.
5.3. If the total amount of the order exceeds UAH 3,000, delivery is free (paid by the Seller).
5.4. Risks associated with transportation are transferred to the Buyer from the moment the order is handed over to the carrier.
6. EXCHANGE AND RETURN
6.1. The Buyer has the right to return or exchange the goods in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights.”
6.2. Goods manufactured to individual order (for example, with a personal call sign) are not subject to return, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
6.3. In case of return of goods of good quality, delivery is carried out at the expense of the Buyer.
7. LIABILITY
7.1. The Seller is not responsible for the actions of the carrier.
7.2. The Buyer is obliged to provide accurate contact information.
7.3. The Seller is not responsible for the consequences arising from the Buyer's incorrect data.
8. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
8.1. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved in court in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
8.2. This agreement has the force of an electronic document and does not require the signatures of the parties.
